restaurant management systems, spreadsheets, and paper printouts, he set out to build the
solution he wished he had from day one: Nory.
Now, we’re scaling fast. We have a real product solving real problems—and we can barely
keep up with demand. With ambitious goals for 2025 and a recent Series A led by Accel,
we’ve grown to a team of 50+ across Ireland, the UK, and Spain.
Now, we’re looking for an Account Executive to join our GTM team, working closely with
Conor(CEO) and Lewis (Sales Lead). In this role, you’ll be a key driver of revenue growth
with strategic customers, working closely with Conor and Lewis. You'll partner with BDRs,
marketing, and other internal teams to identify, engage, and close high-value accounts.
What you’ll be doing:
● Own the entire sales cycle—from outbound prospecting (alongside BDRs) to
qualification, product demos, deal closing, and seamless handovers to Customer
Success.
● Drive revenue growth by hitting and exceeding sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and
annually).
● Collaborate with Marketing to build brand awareness, attend industry events, and
drive pipeline growth.
What you’ll bring:
● 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS sales—ideally selling
to business decision-makers.
● Experience in the hospitality industry, come with known contacts across Finance,
Ops or HR within the industry
● A self-starter mindset—high urgency, bias for action, and relentless drive to close
deals.
● Strong communication, organisational, and negotiation skills—comfortable selling at
all levels.
● A proven ability to understand customer pain points, adapt quickly, and deliver
results.
