Stacked is supporting a Nordic start-up GTM in the UK!


Their pioneering platform transforms CRM data into hyper-personalized, high-quality video at scale.

They empower brands to communicate with their customers in a way that feels truly individual and impactful.


Leading global brands like Amazon leverage their technology to deliver bespoke video content to

their vast customer bases. Alongside Nespresso, Chelsea, Carrefour, and over 350 other

industry leaders, they consistently drive exceptional performance: achieving 3x rewatch rates,

+90% view-through, and up to a 25% conversion lift.


We're supporting the team in establishing UK sales operations from their office in Central London - founding sales and sales development team now in place but there is one final vacant sales seat :)


You will be expected to build your pipeline from scratch, without the benefit of warm leads or dedicated SDR support.

While you'll have a proven, market-leading product (with lots of case studies), we expect you to run your own show. You will be operating out of London and work in a small

team to attack the EU market. You should pride yourself with working with some of the largest brands and enjoy the feeling of bringing in large deals.


You'll be instrumental in shaping our sales processes and strategies from the ground up.

This includes contributing to the sales narrative, navigating ambiguity, addressing product-market fit issues, and more.


This is a big impact role in a 2M to 10M ARR growth journey and with that comes a lot of ambiguity. If you are creative in selling and managing complicated

processes with multiple stakeholders without issue you are a great fit.


We're looking for individuals who:


● Are proficient in applying MEDDICC or similar methodologies to navigate complex sales cycles.

○ Value based selling

○ Creative based sale, will need improvising

● Consistently leverage AI tooling to sell smarter and enhance efficiency

● Are comfortable building while closing, contributing to our foundational growth while securing significant deals

● Does not require backoffice and a lot of support from SDR, revops and other departments and is very good at’ self generating new business.

● Has a high degree of business acumen

● Has experience closing business in 100-200k GBP on average

● Have a proven track record selling SaaS solutions for startups in the £2–10M ARR range, demonstrating experience in a high-growth environment

Compensation & Benefits:


● OTE 180k, uncapped
