Account Executive | SMB POS

Stacked is supporting tech-startup reinventing restaurant point-of-sale (POS) software, disrupting the archaic and expensive restaurant systems currently being used in the industry.

We are looking for an ambitious and highly-motivated Account Executive that will help us

transform the restaurant industry, one restaurant at a time. We will be counting on you to find

new business opportunities, build valuable relationships and sign up restauranters in a blinq of

an eye ;)


This is an exciting opportunity to work in a true startup, taking a big role in a small team.

Prior B2B sales experience is not a must-have. We hire hospitality people - passionate about the industry and with a strong grasp of front-line operations :)


Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them

into long-term profitable relationships.


Your responsibilities will include (without limitation):


• Sell B2B and achieve target KPIs

• Manage the entire 360 sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal

• Manage your time and build your own pipeline

• Discover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term

partnerships

• Demonstrate products to prospective clients either in person or online

• Assist in setting up to new venues

• Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty

• Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs and

maintain our company’s reputation

• Be the voice of the restauranter and share valuable feedback with our team

• Get ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved in many other aspects of the business.


Job Requirements


• Background in POS / delivery / hospitality/ FMCG

• Deep knowledge of restaurant/hospitality operations

• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

• Organizational and time-management skills

• Comfortable working independently and managing your own diary

• Enthusiastic, confident, passionate and highly motivated individual

• Tech savvy

• Team player

• Proficiency in English

• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
