Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager located in the London Area, United Kingdom to support our fast pivot from start up to scale up. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with hospitality clients, and negotiating contracts. Key responsibilities include market research, strategy implementation, driving customer acquisition, and supporting revenue growth. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to create tailored solutions and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in B2B Sales and Relationship Management across the Hospitality and/or Retail sector
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in Market Research, CRM tools, and Data Analysis
- Strategic thinking, Problem-Solving, and Goal-Oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and foster strong stakeholder relationships
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and fintech solutions is highly desirable
- Proven organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
