About the job
About storekit
Storekit helps restaurants take direct online orders - like Shopify, but built for hospitality. We’re already powering hundreds of restaurants across the UK, and we’re growing fast. Our mission? To help restaurants make more money, save on fees, and own their guest experience.
The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in London. You’ll be the face of storekit for restaurants - guiding them from the moment they sign up, through onboarding, and into long-term success.
This isn’t just “support.” It’s relationship-building, upselling, and becoming best friends with some of the best restaurants in London (yes, that means free food). You’ll help our customers get the most out of storekit, and you’ll make sure they stay and grow with us.
What you’ll do
- Own the full customer journey: onboarding, training, and ongoing account management.
- Build long-term relationships with restaurants across the UK.
- Drive product adoption, expansion, and upsell opportunities.
- Proactively spot risks and zero churn.
- Be the voice of the customer - feeding insights back to the product and sales teams.
What we’re looking for
- Superior communication and stakeholders management skills. You know how to persuade. You’re not just a breeder - you want to win.
- Highly organised.
- Experience in project management, customer success, account management, running a restaurant, or tech in restaurants.
- A people-person who builds trust fast - restaurants should love hearing from you.
- Proactive problem-solver, not just a ticket-closer.
- Ambitious, and hungry to grow.
- Storekit allows hybrid working at times. But if a remote role is a primary requisite for you - this job is not for you. You’ll have far too much to learn from the team to work alone from your living room. Get ready to be on the frontline with the team and hammer every day!
Why join us
- Competitive salary + bonus tied to company’s targets.
- Opportunity to grow with a high-velocity startup.
- Working in a cool, East London office with a great team.
- Work with the best restaurants in the UK.
