Customer Success & Support Executive – Jack of All Trades
We're a small but mighty team of 7 building the leading customer feedback insights platform for the hospitality industry — and we're growing fast. I'm the CEO, I'm super hands-on, and I need someone who can work closely with me and thrive in a "throw anything at you" environment.
You will primarily be responsible for customer support requests, however this is a jack-of-all-trades role. Your title will be Customer Success & Support Executive, but in a company our size, that means you'll wear hats from customer onboarding and support, account management and eventually handinling work in marketing, sales and bespoke reporting.
Hybrid setup — part remote, part in-office (coffee shop) for collaboration.
What you'll do:
Setup customer accounts and handle customer support requests.
Create tailored decks, insights, and success stories.
Contribute to marketing and sales efforts (and LinkedIn content).
