Nory is an all-knowing restaurant management system. It combines real-time data with AI predictive analytics to help restaurants operate with consistency, certainty and profitability. From food prep to forecasting, Nory puts operators in control of their margins.


Now, with demand growing faster than we imagined, and a recent Series A led by Accel, we’re scaling fast. We’ve grown to a team of 50+ across Ireland, the UK and Spain, and we’re just getting started.


We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team and take it to the next level. In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to help shape and grow the outbound function at one of Europe’s top startups - and play a key part in what success looks like. The role is replacing a former BDR who’s just been promoted to AE, so if you’re looking to grow, this is the kind of place where it happens.


What you’ll be doing:

● Outbound prospecting – Drive qualified leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach to generate new business opportunities.

● Pipeline management – Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to support our Account Executives in consistently smashing monthly revenue targets.

● Account research – Identify key decision-makers and uncover strategic insights using sales tools and online research.

● Messaging & campaign execution – Craft and deliver personalised, value-led messaging that speaks to our prospects.

● Collaboration & strategy – Work closely with AEs, marketing and leadership to align on outreach strategies and boost effectiveness.

● Feedback & iteration – Share what’s working (and what’s not) to help us continuously improve how we do outbound.


What you’ll bring:

● 2 years of sales experience in a startup environment with a proven track record of exceeding targets, or experience in the hospitality industry with a strong desire to move into a sales roles.

● A positive attitude toward cold calling, with a creative and curious approach to outreach -you’re not afraid to experiment

● A growth mindset, with the resilience to ride the startup rollercoaster

● Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills

● Coachability and a desire to help build something from the ground up
