Lytwork is backup for hospitality teams. When someone calls in sick, a holiday lands badly, or a new starter is still two weeks away, you send one message and we fill the shift from a vetted pool of self employed hospitality workers.

It runs entirely on WhatsApp. There is no app for your managers to download and no portal to learn. You post the shift with the site, time, role and rate. The shift goes out to workers matched on skills, location and reliability history. You get a name, a photo and a profile back, and you approve it. Most of that happens in minutes, in the same thread your team is already using.

Every worker on the platform is ID checked and right to work verified before they can accept a single shift. Each one carries a record that follows them across venues: shifts completed, punctuality, and ratings from the operators they have worked for. That record is what makes the next fill better than the last.

Pricing is flat and visible up front. Pay As You Go is £15 per filled shift plus VAT, with the fee waived on your first shift. The Site Plan is £99 per site per month plus £10 per shift plus VAT, which works out cheaper from roughly twenty shifts a month. There is no percentage markup on wages, no minimum spend and no contract to sign. You are invoiced weekly per site on a two line invoice showing worker wages and the platform fee separately, so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Workers are paid every Friday.

Lytwork is designed to sit alongside your existing team rather than replace it. Your rota stays yours. We cover the gaps in it.
