Upload the material you already have. Menus, allergen matrices, wine lists, SOPs, opening and closing procedures. QuizCrunch reads them and builds role-targeted knowledge checks from your own content, so servers see your dishes and your suppliers, not generic examples.

Staff complete checks on their own phone in around ninety seconds. Managers run them before service rather than reviewing completion reports after it.

Results come back as a gap report: knowledge held by site, by role, by individual, by topic. You see which section of which site is weak, and you send the refresher there instead of everywhere.
